its on that tyrian green item baseline sticky. On first page. But to make this faster to you its worth 1-5k. In future check the first page of the stickies first and with care.

that is baseline pricing for CANTHAN green items. Kepkhet's refuge is TYRIAN green item so you need to look TYRIAN green item baseline pricing.
